Experience

GuardLink has been serving customers since 1999, both in North America and around the world. Based in the greater Cincinnati area, specifically in Newport, Kentucky, GuardLink has grown rapidly since its inception.

Our engineers and technicians have a variety of certifications and safety training. They are well-qualified to install and support many different equipment vendors including GE Security Systems, American Dynamics and Integral Technologies just to name a few.

GuardLink currently supports an installed base of over 50 customers and has over 6 years experience with facility security and CCTV projects. Our list of customer references includes companies known and respected worldwide for their rigorous standards and requirements for quality and excellence such as Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Proctor and Gamble, North American Stainless, and the Northern Kentucky Water District. Our ability to meet the demands of such customers speaks of our experience, expertise, and implementation standards.

Reliability

The GuardLink office is staffed with support personnel and engineers during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Emergency services will be provided 24/7. Outside of normal business hours, support staff will be on-call from home.
