This relationship transfers the risk of your system for both equipment and the labor necessary for all PM, service and repair activities to us.

Control your budget

Provide 97% uptime for the year or refund one month of billing
GuardLink will purchase and keep in inventory necessary parts and equipment that allows for this guarantee of uptime based on your specific facility

Tactical Partnership Program

This relationship covers labor charges associated with any covered system malfunctions.

GuardLink will provide all labor necessary for the repair and upkeep of your system throughout the year including scheduled PM.
Using predictive modeling we anticipate likely repairs and guarantee to provide all labor necessary for these repairs for our monthly service fee.
All labor is for normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm. If the repair takes place during off hours or over the weekend or Holidays normal billing rates apply.

We realize that downtime means lost opportunity for revenue, high liability or lower customer satisfaction. We pledge to care for your system as if were our own and to get you operational quickly with a very limited Controlled downtime throughout the year.

Monitoring

GuardLink uses the most advanced communication technologies available to provide around the clock monitoring for our alarms and systems. Our central station service offers a high level of redundancy and is engineered to meet or exceed all industry requirements, including the stringent physical and operational standards required for Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM) approval.

GuardLink's 24 hour monitoring provides the quickest and most reliable response for the following signals and services, ensuring the highest possible degree of protection for your assets:

GuardLink also offers its customers an easy way to access their account online through our Subscriber Secure Service. The ability to view, access, and edit their account information, as well as view history of signals and events over a secure connection, can all be done through a simple web browser.

Our technical staff is the key to our guarantee of 24/7 - 2 Hour emergency response time.

Our staff of over 15 includes a Professional Engineer, several Project Managers and Estimators, high and low voltage electricians, information technology specialists, and other technicians with many varying skill sets.

All of our team members have extensive industry experience born of years in the field. We have team members certified in Microsoft, SkiData, Lenel, GE, Commend, e:Val, TagMaster and many others. We even have experienced staff to handle your CAD needs.

In addition to being licensed in multiple states and municipalities, our staff is also background-checked, drug-screened, and fully insured for liability and workman's compensation.

Support

With the vast majority of systems we install, parking or security, we have the capability to remotely access the system to perform any diagnostics or updates that are needed.

Customer support and service nationwide

The GuardLink office is staffed with support personnel and engineers during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. We pride ourselves in our 2 hour emergency response time, 24/7.

Outside of normal business hours, support staff will be on-call from home.
