Consulting
First, our Security Solutions Analysts meet with the client
to determine their needs. Once needs are identified and understood
many options are considered.
Design
Each Security Solutions Analyst designs every system individually.
The systems are customized according to the client's needs,
which may range from a single-door access control system to
a 200-camera system or more. Each system is then designed
in the most cost-effective way possible. We propose several
design options to our clients, allowing them to choose from
basic to enhanced options. The systems are made up of products
from the most respected and trusted manufacturers in the business.
Our systems are like building blocks, so when our client selects
a specific design, they can easily add more to it in the future
when their needs increase.
Installation
Once a proposal is accepted, the necessary products are ordered,
and installation typically begins within two to three weeks.
Our Technicians and/or our Security Solutions Analysts are
in charge of providing system training. If any additional
training is needed in the future, we are always available
to do so for no additional fee.
Maintenance
Once a system has been installed and a client has any additional
service needs, one of our certified technicians will be available
to come to the facility to address the problem. We understand
the importance of service, so we make every effort to handle
all problems within twenty-four hours of the request. We also
offer routine maintenance and service agreements for all systems.
